What shipping methods are available?
We ship all our orders within France via Colissimo and Chronopost, directly to your home, for simple and secure delivery. Delivery times generally vary between 4 and 10 business days, depending on the destination, the type of product, and the time of year. This list is not exhaustive and may change to ensure you always receive a reliable, fast, and tailored delivery service.
How can I make a return easily?
Returns can be made within 15 days of receiving your package. Items must be returned in their original condition, complete and unused, to allow for resale as new.
After your return request, you will receive a prepaid return label by email (check your spam folder) within 24 hours, which you can print.
Vortex is committed to processing the refund within 15 business days of receiving the returned package. The refund is issued automatically via the original payment method.
If a discount code was used, the refunded amount will reflect the percentage applied at the time of purchase.
